A.K. Promotions and 2X World Champion, Johnny "Superfoot" Davis hosted the 3rd installment of the IKF East Coast Kickboxing Classic at the Crown Reef Hotel in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on October 10th, 2015. It was by far the best in the series. A bigger venue, a nicer location and a better tournament than the previous two, Johnny has his work cut out for him to top it next year but you can bet he's already working on it.

Fighters from Costa Rica, Trinidad-Tobago, Utah, Nevada, Kentucky, Virginia, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maryland and Alabama fought in Modified Muay Thai, International and Unified Kickboxing rules in a one day tournament which included 40 competitive fights. If that wasn't enough, after the full contact tournament, Johnny hosted an exciting IKF PKB (Point Kickboxing) tournament for fighters who wanted to display their skills in that arena and there too, we saw some of the best fights of the weekend!

At The IKF East Coast Classic!

This year's IKF East Coast Classic tournament was a blast at the new location of Myrtle Beach South Carolina! The IKF Point Kickboxing tournament held after the day time tournament as always, held its own!

Some of the best fights took place that night in the IKF PKB tournament as men, women and juniors gave their all to show they were the best in semi contact Kickboxing action! Everyone should remember that IKF Point Kickboxing is an excellent way to groom your students for the future. Thanks for everyone's support! Forward March!

Congratulations to Mr. Keith Morreira IKF Point Kickboxing Promoter in Jacksonville, Florida. He promoted his first event yesterday at the Combat Athletix Club located at 307 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, Florida, USA. Well organized and exciting semi contact Muay Thai / Kickboxing action was witnessed by those in attendance.

Although not a large group for the first event, competitors were allowed to fight in a round-robin to assure everyone got what they came for…some excellent sparring and opportunity to groom their Muay Thai / Kickboxing techniques. Everyone left satisfied and excited about future events.…mission accomplished!

Mr. Morreira showed that he is serious about growing the IKF/PKB events in the area and by the remarks of those there, he will be successful with many more events to come! The IKF Point Kickboxing Team welcomes long time Martial Artist and Kickboxer Mr. "Keith Sudyod" Morreira, of Jacksonville, Florida as one of our New IKF Point Muay Thai Kickboxing Promoters in the State of Florida. Keith and

"I have worked together for several events. He is an excellent Judge and competitor in the sport. Moreover, he is one of the most passionate people you will meet when it comes to martial arts."
Said Johnny Davis, President of *IKF Point Kickboxing.
"I find Keith to be very knowledgeable and understands the different levels of the sport in regards to contact which is paramount in keeping fighters safe."

He noted "I am excited about the Technical PKB-Tournament format. I believe it is a rung in the development ladder that is missing in the North Florida Market. We have so many awesome gyms, coaches and fighters in North Florida that will be able to showcase their developing talent with these events. My mission is to provide a safe and organized platform for fighters and coaches to develop their skills so they move on to full contact events like Battle of Siam and full contact tournaments like the IKF East Coast Classic. After being successful at those events, GLORY Kickboxing, Lions Fights and other professional Muay Thai / Kickboxing organizations will be calling."

Keith will be promoting his first IKF Point Kickboxing (PKB) "semi contact" event on Saturday, October 31st in Orange Park, Florida at the Combat Athletix Club located at 307 Blanding Blvd. Orange Park, Florida 32073. This event is excellent for men, women and children and we hope that local fight clubs will get behind Keith in supporting this great event with anticipation of many more to come.

Johnny Davis will be the IKF Representative in attendance for Keith's first IKF/PKB event as he seeks to establish a new IKF/PKB Florida Representative since the former IKF/PKB Representative stepped down after a successful six year run promoting IKF Point Kickboxing events.

There has been much anticipation about the Master Ernest Dukes' IKF Point Kickboxing Tournament in Concord, North Carolina. Last years' event had over 60 fighters and while this year did not have quiet as many competitors, it did not disappoint in action!

Fighters traveled from North and South Carolina to compete in great semi contact sparring action! You could see by some of their faces that they had a great time as they all promoteed good sportsmanship and respect! The IKF PKB Sparring tournaments have been a great incubator for many years for the sports of Kickboxing and Muay Thai. It continues to groom and prepare fighters for the big leagues!
